Effect Maker's  ShadeMessage (Legacy)

ShadeMessage is a freeware applet which will let your messages puff like cornflakes. It has the following features:

You can set texts, text colors, shade color, any font and font size.

A background image can be added.

You can set many settings such as the number of shades, speed and start and end point.
