Effect Maker's  QuietPreloader (Legacy)

Simple loader which displays custom prompt and applies cycle color mix to it. It has the following features:

You can set the text and background colors.

You can set the text prompt with custom font settings.

You can set the background picture.

You can set the time interval for cycling color.
