You don't have to use a camera if you have made the product with a 3D design program like 3D Studio Max (TM) or Lightwave. You can just let your 3D model rotate and create a sequence of images. Then use this effect to display your 3D model on your web page with almost 100% global browser compatibility and without your visitors having to download bothersome plugins! Make sure that you increase compression and use small images to decrease swf file size. If you want to use photos instead you can see examples here and here. It has the following features:
You can set the image compression.
You can increase the rotating speed (fade speed) for products using many images or decrease it for products using less images
Disable mouse interaction and let the product rotate by itself by using the initial fading speed setting.
You can specify an URL which will be invoked when you click on the applet. It can be disabled by entering a blank link.
