With this messenger you create highly customizable circular movements. The Background color The background color will be used as the background for the effect if no background image supplied. Otherwise background color will be used as the background only during preloading of applet. The Text Two colors provided for text - initial and final. When text appears it displayed in initial color. Initial color gradually changed to final color as effect goes on, text will be displayed in final color when half of transition pause will be reached, then it will be gradually transformed back to initial color. Speed and Ellipse alignement values Speed of the effect determined by X, Y and rotation speed variables and transition pause. X and Y speed defined in pixels per frame. At the beginning letters placed at perimeter of ellipse which centered at center of applet and have width and height equal to half of applet's width and height. When effect started ellipse radius decreased each frame by X and Y speed values, so letters moved to center and then back to outer bounds when radius became negative. Rotation speed defined in degrees per frame and determine how much rotation will be applied to letters on perimeter. So if X and Y speed are set to zero and rotation speed defined, letters will be rotated on the perimeter of ellipse. Combination of different speed values might give a lot of visually different effects. When timer will exceed defined transition pause value effect will be repeated again with next text string. Last by not least - if Ellipse alignment flag not checked letters will be positioned vertically (as usual). If this flag is checked letters will be aligned to fit ellipse curve. Other settings There are other settings that are discussed on the following topics from the Advanced Effect Maker documentation: Aleksey Udovydchenko
