"Lurk" through your slides with this mysterious Flash applet. The Background color The background color will be used as the background for the effect Selecting Images and URLs Make sure you have the same number of Images as you have URLs, when specifying images. Don't use images that are too big. Note that these images will be included into the SWF file, and it may swell to enormous proportions. Try modifying the compression setting to decrease the SWF file size. Movement settings With this setting you can set the movement behaviour of the lenses to Random, Circular, Spiral or Pulsar movement. Speed values, sizes, alpha and number of lenses With the settings X from, X to, Y from and Y to, you can set the speed of the lenses. The size from and size to settings will set the diameter size (in pixels) of the lenses. The alpha value will let the lenses fade to the background color at the edges. The Lenses setting will set the number of lenses in the effect. Random colors and Random lens size If you check these check boxes, then the effect will color the lenses randomly or use a random lens size. Pause The pause between each image is measured in milliseconds. Limitations Due to a limitation in Flash Player 5.0, you can have a maximum of only 200 images in the Flash applet. More than that, and the applet will not work. Other settings There are other settings that are discussed on the following topics from the Advanced Effect Maker documentation: The Flash Applet Size Parameters Entering Text Or Files Working With Text Fields URL Links and Frame Targets Working With File Fields And File Lists Working With Time Delays and Pauses Working With Color Buttons Compression Ratios for images Working with Check Boxes Combining Flash applet effects
