Specified image will be displayed as 8 differently positioned pointers, binded to mouse pointer movement (compatible with NE4+, IE4+, Opera5+).

Pointers display based on defined image and different symmetrical reflections of mouse position comparing to page area. Therefore there is aint that much settings to customize, as animation processed automatically.
