This essential JavaScript banner utility will display your banner and with a popup tip window displayed and hidden with a special button. With this you can make a really professional "popup" banner which will not disturb the rest of the page and annoy your web visitors.

The Banner

Banner will be displayed as custom image of specified dimensions with a tip button next to it. Banner will work as usual link with specified target frame to open defined URL.

The Tip button

Tip button will work as a switch for the tip window. After clicking tip button image of the button will be changed, so two images might be used to reflect current state of tip button and window.

The Tip window

Tip window will be opened at specified position and display a defined URL (if any) or otherwise display a specified text with custom font and color.
