This addictive game is inspired by the famous Linux game
Bejewelled and you can replace the game pieces with your
own logo. The idea is to match 3 colors in one row or column.
By modifying the game board size and the colors included
you can modify the difficulty level. Put this game on your
web page!
The colors and background image
You can set the text, panels, score text and background
colors. If you use a background image then it will overwrite
the background color. The background image is automatically
resized to fit the applet window. You can set the piece
transparency if you wish the background to show through
a bit more.
Piece colors and number of game pieces in the board
You can set the color for each of the game pieces, try
to make them as different as possible. You can also set
the number of colors included in the board (max 9). By increasing
this value you will increase the difficulty. Don't use too
few values or the game might just never end for the players.
Piece Image
The piece image should be white. You can also use gray
shading on the piece image. The ideal piece image is also
a transparent GIF file so that it let's the background image
show through.
Game board size
The game board size will immediately affect difficulty.
Too large board will let the user play indefinitely without
loosing. Too small will shorten the game significantly.
Brick fall speed and fading speed
This set the speed that the appearing bricks fall down
on and the speed that they disappear when a combination
has been found.
Pause and speeds
The image pause is how long the image still on the screen
after having clicked it once. While the fade speed controls
the speed of the disappearing image.
Panel height
The height of the score panel.
Applet texts
The texts for the applet can be set in the fields "text
for your score", "end text", "yes button"
and "no button".
End url and target frame
You can set an URL that will be invoked when the player
doesn't want to continue playing, with a corresponding target
frame.
